THE OPPORTUNITY

We are actively seeking an experienced manager for our Mentone branch.
As the hands-on Branch Manager, you will lead a customer-focused team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service. As a seasoned operator, you will be the driving force behind our store’s success.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading by example and creating a high-energy, fun atmosphere for our team and customers.
  • Overseeing all store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising.
  • Achieving sales targets while delivering a shopping experience that wows.
  • Inspiring your team to be their best, nurturing talent, and fostering a sense of retail adventure.
  • Solving challenges and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Ensure a safe environment for our customers and your team

We are on the lookout for individuals who:

  • Retail and or sales management experience.
  • Tiles, Bathroomware and hard flooring experience would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Have a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs.
  • Thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
  • Embrace the direction and procedures of the business.
  • Possess Strong operational skills including stock processing, merchandising, organisation, time management
  • Training and development of your team to upskill & upsell
  • Must be able to work Saturday as part of the roster.
