Branch Manager  Cobalt Credit Union - Midtown Branch 8809 West Center Road Omaha, NE 68124 Branch Hours: Monday - Friday 10 am - 6 pm  Saturday 10 am to 3 pm Sunday 11 am to 3 pm As our Branch Manager, you will lead your team and advise our members on how to achieve their financial goals.  Every day you will answer member questions, recommend and open Credit Union products and services and make credit decisions on lending for your members.  To thrive in this role, you must be driven to meet established goals by building long term relationships with your members and employees. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS * Level I: * Five years of experience in a financial institution * 1 year of direct management experience * Leadership Training * Level II: * Five years of experience in a financial institution * 2 years of direct management experience * Associate degree in a related field * Level III: * Five years of experience in a financial institution * 3 years of direct management experience * Bachelor’s Degree in a related field * Credit Union or banking branch management experience preferred.   * Knowledge of sales and service techniques; credit union services and products preferred.  * Previous knowledge, skills, and experience in planning, implementing, monitoring, delegating, conflict resolution, customer service, and training.   * Strong leadership, planning, communication, and organizational skills needed with ability to communicate with all levels of credit union and the public.   * Ability to prioritize and schedule projects and work responsibilities. * Proficient in computer skills.  * Cash handling and balancing experience. * Must be able to travel to meetings and training activities etc. * Professionalism in attitude and member and team relations.
