Full Job Description:  The Branch Manager oversees the operations of the clinic and also obtains his/her RBT. As an RBT, you provide quality ABA services to children with a primary diagnosis of autism spectrum disorders. These services (billed to the patient's health insurance) include direct therapy including assisting with the 6-month reassessments, working with the BCBA in creating and updating goals as well as communicating with the family. We strive to provide these services for children and their families who often could not otherwise access services.  This is a great opportunity to be in a leadership role and be a Certified RBT as the company will pay for the training and expenses for you to obtain this Certification.  Job Duties:  * Personnel Supervision (not clinical supervision) for RBTs. Coordinate disciplinary and employee separation processes while maintaining accurate documentation and records * Communication with parents  * Coordinating care, onboarding new patients, maintaining and enhancing clinic procedures  * Scheduling of Staff-Daily schedule, Speech, OT, Lunches  * Orientate new staff  * Give performance reviews for non-exempt staff * Help staff apply for RBT exam  * Ordering for the center: Toys/Supplies  * Medication needs- dispensing and keeping meds in med box  * Manage outings for staff and carry-in/ordering lunch for staff monthly Jump in for therapy when needed  * Therapist tracking sheet- PTO/Unpaid/Chores/Tardy/Good things Chore chart- creation and options for implementation   * Parent Reminders/Parent liaison; Parent’s direct contact  * Monitor staff checking in throughout the day, helping with bathroom breaks  RBT duties are:  * Assist BCBA in conducting behavioral and skills (re)assessments as required by funding sources, and as needed based on patient needs  * Provides input and works collaboratively with BCBA on behavior intervention plans and individual treatment plans revising as needed  * Assists and provide daily living care needs for the patient during services * Performs evidenced-based social skills, behavioral and other related ABA services to patients and/or families  * Builds and maintains positive family/caregiver relationships throughout the time of treatment for the benefit of the patient  * Completes regularly scheduled therapy sessions  * Identifies opportunities and growth throughout the patient’s experience to provide feedback to the BCBA as well as collaborate on the development of individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans via electronic system(s) Additional HR-Related Tasks: * Time and attendance  * Keep track of Safety Care trained staff  * COVID policy and updated manuals  * Audit HR files; ensure background checks/CPR/RBT certificates are in them Keep track of when clients are late/absent/etc.  * Create the car line procedure * Create/add to the incident report sheet  * Create/follow PTO/Unpaid time protocol  * Implement/monitor levels system/bonus structure  * Aid in scheduling/tracking of monthly evals as needed  * Create and keep track of all Absent/Tardy Memorandums  * Create nap time list and monitor nap time protocols  Competencies:  * Excellent enthusiasm, go-getter, people management skills, positive attitude, organized  * Willing to learn the clinical expertise in the areas of ABA, autism, social skills, behavior reduction, and parent training  * Excellent organized written consultation notes and paperwork as well as oral communication skills  * Ability to take initiative, work independently, and demonstrate excellent time management skills  * Demonstrated leadership skills and relationship management  * Self-development, problem-solving, as well as seeking support from other team members  * Provide ethical and evidence-based interventions  Requirements:  * Willing to obtain (at company's cost) Certified and maintain credentialing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as an RBT in good standing * Meets and maintains BACB RBT supervision requirements (after certified) * Provides and maintains a clear criminal record provided by the state law enforcement agency or Federal Criminal records check system  * Input data, information, daily therapy session notes, and other applicable items into the electronic data system  Work Environment: Work is performed in professional environments that maintain HIPAA compliance as well as the BACB ethics and other applicable legal requirements.
