We’re actively looking for a top-tier Branch Manager to lead a team of high-performing Mortgage Loan Officers and help us continue this incredible growth.
The Opportunity

As a Branch Manager, you’ll be empowered to not only grow your own pipeline but also to build, mentor, and lead a team of top-producing loan officers. You’ll be supported by our in-house operational horsepower, elite marketing, and direct access to leadership that most banks and broker shops simply can’t offer.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit and Lead: Attract, hire, and mentor a team of talented Mortgage Loan Officers.
• Drive Growth: Develop and execute a business plan to grow your branch’s origination volume and profitability.
• Build Your Pipeline: Continue to originate loans and grow your personal book of business.
• Provide Support: Guide your team through the sales process and leverage our in-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient closings.
• Foster Culture: Create a collaborative, fun, and high-energy environment focused on winning and growth.
