ABOUT US:

Multicraft Fire LLC is a trusted leader in fire protection solutions, serving commercial, industrial, and residential markets with design, installation, inspection, and service expertise. With our headquarters in Bloomington, IN, we are expanding to Indianapolis and seeking an experienced, results-driven Branch Manager to lead our new location.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, design, project management, field operations, and customer service. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of fire protection systems and industry regulations. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can drive growth, ensure operational excellence, and build strong relationships with clients and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the fire protection industry (sales, project management, operations, or branch management).
  • Strong working knowledge of NFPA codes, fire sprinkler system design, and installation practices.
  • Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents and specifications.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • NICET certification in Water-Based Systems (Level III or IV) preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
  • Oversee sales efforts, including business development, estimating, and client relationship management.
  • Direct and support design, installation, inspection, and service activities to ensure compliance with NFPA codes, local regulations, and company standards.
  • Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor budgets, job costs, and project timelines to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Promote a strong safety culture in accordance with company policies and OSHA requirements.
  • Develop and execute branch business plans in alignment with company goals.
  • Represent the company with professionalism in all customer, vendor, and community interactions.
