About the role: In this role you will report to the Regional Manager and will be responsible for the management of the NAPA team, overseeing all branch operations and the business profitability. You will need to have a flair for business, managing sales targets, budgets and new initiatives, whilst also being the key point of contact for both customers and team member. Who we’re looking for: Be a passionate customer service expert Be able to motivate their team members to shine, develop and succeed Have store operations management experience and success leading and engaging a team Have experience within a dual format sales environment, trade product, or multi network operation Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver’s licence (manual preferred) Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.
