As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Branch Manager to lead one of our transportation branches with a focus on safety, service, and team development.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the branch, including dispatch, driver support, shop management, and staffing. This leadership role focuses on building a self-sufficient, high-performing team while ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
You won’t be handling all day-to-day tasks yourself—instead, you’ll empower your team to succeed independently. You’ll lead recruitment, training, and succession planning, while maintaining strong relationships with school transportation departments.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of management experience in transportation, logistics, or operations
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to build high-performing teams
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • G Class Driver’s License – Preference given to B Class drivers
