Position Summary Lead, motivate, and coach the branch team in all areas of sales, service, and operations. Principle duties include developing sales leads and successfully meeting sales goals while creating a culture of delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. Coordinates all branch operations in conformance with established bank policies and procedures and reaches to obtain goals set forth by North Easton Savings Bank’s annual strategic plan. Essential Job Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Oversees the daily branch operations in accordance with North Easton Savings Bank’s policies and procedures. Monitor daily the deposit/lending balance reports. Conducts the input of daily/weekly/monthly reports as outlined under Branch Administration. Promotes community awareness of North Easton Savings Bank. Conducts performance and coaching sessions with branch personnel. Conducts weekly branch meetings. Assists in the Bank’s daily opening/closing/settlement of branch. Conducts monthly audits as stated in S.O.P.’s of North Easton Savings Bank. Creates a plan for business development activities and sales calling. Maintains a sales culture to achieve sales goals and foster a team environment. Coaches on cross selling of products/services offered by North Easton Savings Bank. Initiates and refers internal/external sales opportunities. Originate consumer and mortgage applications. Coordinates employee schedule and approves time entry. Reviews and maintains pertinent reports specific to branch needs. Participates in Saturday rotations. Promotes and participates in community involvement. Knowledgeable of Bank products and services. Stays current with competition. Other duties assigned or required. Requirements Knowledge, Skills, & Work Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent banking experience. Minimum of (3) three years branch or banking experience. Minimum of (2) two years branch management experience. Minimum of (3) three years sales experience. Ability to lead and motivate team. Thorough knowledge of banking industry. Proficient in Microsoft Applications. Strong attention to detail. NMLS Certified. Strong communications, interpersonal, presentation and public relations skills. Physical Demands This position is an office-based position in terms of physical demand. Employees are expected to be able to operate their fingers and hands to perform functions such as typing, writing, and filing. Employees must also be able to move throughout the office with ease while also being able to sit for extended periods of time. Employees must be able to see and hear in an office setting that does include much noise going on around one’s workspace. While this job is mainly clerical, there are instances in which employees must be able to transport up to 20 pounds. Note The above is a description of the ordinary duties of the position.
