ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead operations at our high-volume reconditioning facility. This role is central to driving throughput, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across technical, parts, body shop, and administrative teams. You will manage a team of 25+ direct and indirect reports and serve as the primary point of contact for internal business units and headquarters.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on sales, safety, and facility performance, evolving into a strategic business leadership position with P&L responsibility over a $15MM+ operation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead daily operations across multiple departments to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality.
  • Drive throughput and performance in a fast-paced reconditioning environment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the branch and HQ, managing escalations and aligning business goals.
  • Oversee inventory, staffing, and facility compliance (OSHA and safety protocols).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and technical teams.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support sales efforts and customer-facing activities, including truck/trailer sales.
  • Prepare for future strategic business planning.
