Partner / Branch Lead – Estate & Lettings Location: Worcester Salary: £40,000 basic | £125,000+ OTE (uncapped) This is not a standard Branch Manager role. This is an opportunity to run a business, not just manage a diary. Your Role You’ll have full responsibility for driving the branch forward, including: Winning Business Carrying out high-quality market appraisals for sales and lettings Converting instructions consistently Actively generating new business and opportunities Leveraging your network (and building a bigger one) Client Leadership Delivering an exceptional, proactive client experience Building long-term relationships with landlords and vendors Positioning Move as the go-to agent in Worcester Branch & Team Leadership Working closely with the on-site team Leading by example - listing, negotiating, converting Supporting, mentoring, and developing team members Playing a key role in shaping branch strategy and growth Who We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Lister / Valuer / Senior Negotiator / Manager Strong instruction-winning track record Commercial mindset with a hunger to grow revenue Confident, credible, and professional with clients Lettings experience essential (sales background highly desirable) Organised, resilient, and driven Comfortable using CRM systems and modern agency tools (we use Street.co.uk) This is not a role for someone who wants an easy life or to coast.
