Description

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of Branch Manager at our Calgary location. This role is a key leadership position, and we are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about driving success and fostering a positive work environment.
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the branch, including store and warehouse management, customer service, safety, and facility maintenance. Your role will involve working closely with the Service Manager and Outside Sales Representative to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the branch, including store and warehouse management, customer service, safety, and facility maintenance.
  • Demonstrate effective leadership by empowering team performance, providing constructive coaching, and cultivating a team-oriented atmosphere through positive interactions and goal setting.
  • Collaborate closely with the Service Manager to ensure efficient inter-department communication and effective back counter parts support.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to promptly address and resolve any concerns.
  • Work with the Outside Sales Representative to assess and meet customer needs effectively.
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities for branch staff to support their professional growth.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including sales reporting, cash handling, inventory management, and health & safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role within the heavy-duty truck and trailer parts industry or a related industry.
  • Experience in automotive, industrial, or agricultural parts sales is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management and critical thinking skills.
  • Results driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office products and inventory control software.
