As a Branch Manager in our South Australian Metro Region, you will lead a passionate local team while supporting team development, driving business performance, and enhancing member experience. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity, and will have an initial appointment at our West Lakes Branch for parental Leave coverage. Key responsibilities include: * Inspiring and leading our passionate and skilled branch team * Fostering a culture of accountability, growth & collaboration * Leading branch performance, aligning with broader strategic goals * Mentoring and coaching team members to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional service by providing structured coaching and feedback * Drive member retention, acquisition, and referral outcomes * Identifying business development opportunities within the community * Strengthening People First Bank’s presence and reputation through local engagement and partnerships About You: You’re a natural leader of people—someone who thrives on building capability, motivating teams, and creating inclusive, high-performing environments.
