BRANCH MANAGER – PEST CONTROL

Location: Apex, NC Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $75,000 – $85,000 per year (depending on experience)
Triangle Home Services is seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our pest control operations in Apex, NC. This leadership position requires strong operational skills, a proven ability to manage people and processes, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in pest control operations (branch management preferred)
• Active NC Pest Control License required
• Proficiency with PestPac software
• Experience creating efficient technician routes
• Proven ability to manage and work within a budget
• Strong financial management skills, including monitoring and interpreting P&L statements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead both strategically and hands-on in day-to-day operations

• Lead, coach, manage, and hold accountable a team of pest control professionalsOversee daily branch operations including scheduling, routing, staffing, and service delivery
• Manage branch performance within established budgets and monitor P&L (profit & loss) reports
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of PestPac for scheduling, routing, and customer management
• Meet revenue targets while controlling costs and improving gross margins
• Ensure compliance with all state pest control licensing regulations
• Foster a team culture focused on accountability, customer service, and growth
• Collaborate with leadership across the company to share best practices and support company goals
