Primary Job Description: To promote and maintain positive relations with all customers and potential customers; to open new accounts and to establish a rapport with the customer for cross-selling other bank products; skilled in discussing and accepting credit applications for walk-in customers and consumer loan customers; responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the branch ensuring all operational functions are completely and properly performed by the staff while conveying a feeling of trust, service, security and satisfaction to customers and staff. Further responsibilities will be to oversee the teller functions and customer service duties which include familiarity with IRA services and personal banking products and services. **Please note- Non qualified applications will not be considered for the position. Qualifications Education, Experience, Equipment Skills and Other Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or University; or five to seven years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills – Read and interpret financial reports and legal documents, excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills. Reasoning Ability – ability to define problems, establish facts and draw conclusions. Computer Skills – keyboard skills, knowledge of accounting software, word processing software, spreadsheet software, email, and use of the Internet.
