We're currently looking for a Branch Manager who can lead a high-performing team, keep the shop running smoothly, and make sure our customers leave satisfied every time. What You'll Do Be the go-to person for customer questions, service issues, and branch decisions. Write up service orders and make sure customer needs are met from start to finish. Work closely with mechanics, sales, and delivery drivers to keep things running like clockwork. Manage inventory, staffing, scheduling, and the overall day-to-day operation of the branch. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in branch, operations, or store management Proven leadership and team management skills. Working knowledge of inventory control, profit/loss statements, and safety compliance. Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in business software and systems (e.g., inventory, ERP, Microsoft Office). Preference may be given to those with experience in the heavy-duty truck industry Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in a warehouse or shop environment. Occasional travel to other branches, customer sites, or training events.
