In this position you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising and coaching assigned branch staff. You will also lead by example to drive a culture of exceptional service, always working toward the goal of becoming the preferred financial partner of our members for their primary banking needs.    In this role you will: * Lead branch personnel by assigning, directing, coordinating, reviewing work, managing schedules, approving timecards, and ensuring appropriate staffing coverage. * Maintain branch operations by overseeing cash control, teller cash verification, compliance with credit union policies, procedures, regulations, and accounting standards, managing supplies, and interior and exterior maintenance.  * Support employee performance and development through onboarding, training, staff meetings, performance reviews, coaching documentation, and coordination with the training department. * Handle member complaints and service expectations while keeping leadership informed and requesting support from the COO or other managers when needed. * Drive branch growth and service promotion by training staff on credit union products, cross-selling, marketing objectives, loan and share growth, and recommending improvements to branch policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, sound judgment, adaptability, and a service-focused mindset. The branch leader must be able to guide and motivate employees, communicate expectations and changes effectively, make thoughtful decisions in operational and member-service situations, adjust quickly to staffing or workflow challenges, and model a positive, professional approach that supports both employees and members.
