Role Purpose:
As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the branch located in Saskatoon.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to maintain and develop relationships with team members and customers
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Organization, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
  • Ability to maintain valid drivers license
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
    As a member of the Quality Tire team you will be provided with Tire Industry Association (TIA) training to enhance your knowledge. Quality Tire also offers a comprehensive group insurance package and company matched pension plan. Salary negotiable based on tire knowledge and industry experience.

  • Understanding of safe methods for work procedures, invoicing process, accounts receivable, and importance of deadlines.

  • Proficiency in all tasks expected of a Tire Technician

Tire Technician Responsibilities Include:

  • Installation, balance, rotation and repair of passenger, light truck, commercial, industrial, and ag tires
  • Inspection of tires and wheels for correct inflation, wear patterns, tread depth and damage
  • Work with tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
  • Maintenance of service equipment
  • Specialty tire work including: studding of passenger and light truck tires, submitting commercial casings for retreading, run flat tires, etc.
  • Completion of assigned courses; Tire Industry Association (TIA), and other related courses
