Role Purpose: In this leadership role you will be expected to create positive relationships and empower staff to th best of their capabilities. Responsible for the management effective sales teams, processes and systems that assist with the company’s targets, budgets and deliverables are core objectives while maximizing efficiencies, integrations, and deliverables for optimal use. You will also be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, training, and leadership skills to staff, vendors, customers and third parties. Success in this role requires expertise across a broad number of areas of the business and how these may interact or impact other areas. Ultimately the role should display excellent interpersonal skills building quality relationships with the companies’ teams, vendors and customers, be goaldriven, and be able manage the day-to-day activities related to all of the above. You will assist management, teams, regions, branches and staff for joint success and a positive and empowering environment. Key Relationships: The Branch Manager works closely and maintains strong positive relationships with: • C.E.O • Management • Support Office • Staff • Key vendors (existing and potential) • Key clients (existing & potential) • Third party providers Key Objectives: The Branch Manager is responsible for: • Manage and enhance the offerings of the B2B & Supply Chain teams aligning with the sales teams’ needs and requirements for success • Improve and manage operational systems, processes, and best practices • Offer and conduct support and training where required maximizing staff potential • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, knowledge, and skills • Contribute to company growth through successful team building • Create a positive work environment that inspires and motivates others • Assists management, vendors, and customers with all facets of internal software its service and usage • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Management of allocated accounts (branch, regional and self) • Identify and maximize potential opportunities across the group • Identifying new opportunities that align with strategic planning Key Accountabilities Include: • Commitment and accountability of associated budgets targets and K.P.I’s • Develop consistency and solid platforms for the group • Optimize your team’s performance and decisions for best interest of the company • Develop strong planning and implementation services with clear timelines • Implement systems to identify and follow up on opportunities. • Engage with clients where relevant to identify and address issues. • Maintain a consistent and solid platform for information sharing through existing systems. • High level understanding and usage of all software tools, services and interactions • Provide timely and effective solutions to operational challenges. • Assist with mentoring, coaching and development of key contacts. • Support and complement overall group strategic goals. • Ensure cross-functional integration of tools and information flow. • Any additional tasks deemed necessary by your direct report.
