Kabab Al Bastakiah is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Restaurant Branch Manager. The Restaurant Branch Manager will lead and direct all activities necessary to achieve restaurant goals, including sales growth, cost management, and profit growth. Additionally, they will uphold the highest standards in food quality, customer service, and sanitation to ensure a positive dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance.
• Manage staff performance, ensure proper training, and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and/or problems promptly.
• Ensure the restaurant complies with all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a relevant field. Prior experience in a managerial role, preferably in the restaurant industry, is highly desired. Knowledge of restaurant operations and financial principles is crucial to this role.
