A bit about your role Engage with customers, suppliers and sales teams to cultivate strong long-term working relationships. Coach, lead and communicate key priorities to your team to create an inclusive culture and build high levels of engagement. Direct the branch operations to exceed sales, margin, profit and service targets. Oversee financial management of the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the branch's market share. Implement and maintain high standards of customer service excellence throughout the branch.
