JOB TITLE: Branch Manager BRANCH: Swift Current, SK, ROCKY RENTS REPORTING TO: Regional Sales Manager EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent Job Summary As Branch Manager, you will lead the Service and Sales departments at our Rocky Rent's location in Swift Current SK. You’ll drive operational performance, foster a high-performing team culture, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic vision, attention to detail, and a strong focus on profitability. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including Service, Sales, Rental, and Used/New Equipment * Develop and execute business plans aligned with corporate goals * Analyze branch performance through P&L statements, productivity metrics, and inventory reports * Drive customer satisfaction through direct engagement and support of the sales team * Oversee inventory control, supply chain coordination, and equipment purchasing * Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards * Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork * Collaborate with marketing to implement innovative local campaigns * Manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships * Provide strategic input for corporate reporting and forecasting Qualifications & Skills * Proven leadership and people management experience * Solid knowledge of industrial/agricultural equipment and materials handling * Strong understanding of sales programs, inventory valuation, and service pricing * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Strong analytical and mathematical skills * Ability to identify operational efficiencies and implement improvements * Sales background is an asset * Professional, organized, and punctual with excellent time management What We Offer * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits including health and dental coverage * Personal days * Opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic industry About RME Rocky Mountain Equipment (RME) is Canada’s largest independent dealer of Case IH and Case Construction equipment, with 43 branches across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
