Description
Description We’re not looking for a warm body to fill a seat. Russell Landscape is hiring a Branch Manager, who can run the operation like an owner — with full accountability for people, process, performance, and growth. If you’re a proven leader in landscape operations (or a comparable service industry) who’s delivered results, built high-performing teams, and thrived under pressure, we want to talk to you. This is where operational excellence meets entrepreneurial leadership. You’ll have the autonomy to lead your team, exceed customer expectations, and drive profitability — all while being supported by a strong leadership infrastructure and a values-driven culture. You’re likely the right fit if: • You’ve led a branch, division, or business unit before — and delivered results. • You know how to build trust with clients, motivate teams, and move the numbers in the right direction. • You don’t panic under pressure — you create order out of chaos. • You’re equally comfortable walking a property, closing a deal, reviewing a dashboard, or helping a crew get the day started right. What you'll own: People & Performance • Lead from the front — safety, training, routing, and accountability. • Build a branch culture people want to be part of. • Attract, develop, and retain top talent. Operations & Excellence • Own the branch’s production goals and ensure work gets done right. • Keep routing tight, jobs clean, equipment maintained, and KPIs on track. • Continuously improve how we work — and how we win. Customer & Growth • Deepen client relationships and act as the face of the branch. • Walk properties, propose enhancements, and resolve issues quickly. • Support the sales team with referrals, take-offs, and insights. Admin & Accountability • Oversee hiring, billing, PTO, purchasing, AR, and timekeeping. Branch Manager • Join monthly closes and ensure accurate reporting. • Keep your numbers clean — and your systems tighter. What You’ll Get • A leadership role with autonomy, ownership, and visibility. • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. • Medical, dental, and vision insurance. • 401(k) with company match. • Paid time off and holidays. • A strong team culture that rewards excellence and promotes from within. We’re looking for the right leader to take it even further.
Responsibilities
The Branch Manager will be fully accountable for people, process, performance, and growth, leading operations with an owner's mindset. Key duties include leading teams in safety and training, owning production goals, maintaining operational excellence, deepening client relationships, and overseeing all administrative functions.
