We are looking for a

Branch Manager Sales (m/f/d) for our Suhl branch

Your tasks:

• Disciplinary and professional management of a team of approximately 35 people, consisting of sales drivers, office staff, and warehouse employees.
• Recruitment of employees and personal support during the onboarding process in the role of player-coach and manager
• Monitoring of all cost centers, budget planning and forecasting 
• Responsibility for the creation and adherence to the annual and monthly plans as Profit Center Manager
• Overall responsibility in a branch for economic management, the further development of the location, cost optimization and profit responsibility. 
• Training and education of the sales team in the most important sales techniques through short training courses and on ride-alongs. 
• Expansion and securing of the market share of the branch to be managed, taking into account the requirements of the bofrost* standard and system sales.

Your profile:

• Relevant professional experience, ideally in retail, preferably in management positions such as branch manager or district/regional sales manager, combined with demonstrable success in sales.
• strong persuasive and communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant motivation and sales techniques, as well as a willingness to work closely with the team. 
• entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills, economic action with a strong affinity for numbers 
• highly developed organizational skills
• Willingness to travel during the training period
