This leadership role is responsible for growing branch-level sales, expanding market share, and overseeing people, processes, and performance across all operational areas—including customer service, inventory, facility management, and financial oversight.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum of 2 years in retail or team management required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
