You will: Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies that meet client needs and exceed expectations Lead training, coaching, and performance reviews to grow a high-performing team Conduct client quality visits, strengthen relationships, and quickly solve operational challenges Plan, prioritize, and delegate recruiting and order fulfillment to keep business running seamlessly Hold quarterly business reviews and manage key client interactions Lead sales meetings, and run pipeline calls that drive revenue Make outbound calls to set meetings with new clients and grow market share You have: A track record of success in leadership within a sales-driven environment A strategic mindset and the ability to connect daily actions to long-term goals Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills Clear, confident communication with the ability to influence and delegate effectively Drive, adaptability, and the ambition to take on greater responsibility as the company grows Why this role is exciting: This isn’t just another management position. Location: This is an in-office role in Beaverton, OR with some travel to local client sites.
