ABOUT US:

Fales Grand General Trading LLC is a leading distributor and trader of high-quality tires, batteries and tubes & Wheel Rims in the UAE and GCC markets. With ambitious expansion plans, we are setting up new showroom operations and are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage the new location.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in managing a tire and battery showroom or retail branch.
  • Strong knowledge of tire and battery products, brands, and customer segments.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, retail operations, and customer engagement.
  • Previous experience as a Branch Manager / Showroom Manager / Brand Manager in the automotive sector is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
  • Experience in launching or setting up new branches or showrooms will be an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Branch Manager to establish, operate and lead the daily activities of our upcoming showroom. The selected candidate will initially be based at our Dubai office for 3 to 5 months for orientation, training and planning, before taking full charge of the new showroom in UAE or GCC (location to be finalized).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the end-to-end setup of the new showroom, including layout, staff hiring, product placement, and operational readiness.
  • Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring excellent customer service, staff performance, and sales targets.
  • Manage a team of sales, support and technical staff, providing guidance, motivation, and performance monitoring.
  • Handle inventory management, ordering, stock replenishment, and coordination with warehouse and suppliers.
  • Implement and monitor sales strategies and promotional activities to drive growth.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proper product recommendations, handling complaints, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Possess and apply in-depth knowledge of tires and batteries, including brands, specifications, usage, and compatibility.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand positioning, showroom visibility, and customer reach.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and improvements.
  • Maintain showroom hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards.
