Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities to drive revenue growth in the gutter solutions market. Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans to meet branch goals and metrics. Manage the branch budget and allocate funds appropriately to optimize performance and profitability. Foster a high-performing team by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation to branch personnel. Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that address challenges and leverage growth opportunities. Share knowledge and collaborate with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs. Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly to maintain a positive branch environment. Uphold high ethical standards and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. Network within the local community to enhance the presence and reputation of the branch and the company. Stay informed about competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration. Requirements Proven branch management experience, ideally in a leadership role in a related industry, such as construction, building materials, or similar. Adequate knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices to lead and manage the branch effectively. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and production goals through effective leadership. Familiarity with industry-specific rules and regulations to ensure compliance in the gutter solutions market. Excellent organizational skills to manage branch operations efficiently. Results-driven and customer-focused, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Leadership and human resources management skills to build and nurture a high-performing team. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
