POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our Orlando branch. This role is essential to ensuring operational excellence, growing sales, and managing a high-performing team. You will oversee day-to-day branch activities, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and lead strategic initiatives to drive performance and profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Management experience required, with a proven ability to lead teams and drive business results
  • Industry experience preferred in stone distribution, construction materials, or related sectors
  • Experience managing a sales team and branch operations
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in inventory and logistics management
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
