Description

About this job

One store, one team, your responsibility

I'm looking for a store manager for my client, a family clothing company with branches throughout Germany, for their Munich location. The store is opening in December at the SUMA Center. You'll be involved in building your team from the ground up.

Your job

You lead your team and are responsible for everything that happens in your store: sales, floor space, merchandise, and staffing. You plan shifts, analyze key performance indicators, and understand why a week isn't going well. You'll also be working on the sales floor yourself – ringing up sales, receiving merchandise, and advising customers are all part of the job.

Not a desk job.

What you should bring

  • Experience in the textile trade and in employee management is desirable.
  • A completed apprenticeship in retail is welcome, but not mandatory.
  • Fashion, textiles or fashion is ideal – but it doesn't have to be
  • Numergency: Sales, area and staffing levels are not foreign concepts to you.
  • Want to lend a hand myself?

What awaits you

  • 6 weeks of vacation per year
  • Employee discount on the entire product range
  • Holiday and Christmas bonuses
  • Company pension scheme with employer contribution
  • Time tracking and time off in lieu when overtime is worked
  • Staff deployment planning that is available one month in advance
  • Bike leasing for up to two bikes
  • Discounted access to gyms, free online sports classes and health apps
  • Corporate Benefits – Discounts from around 150 providers
  • An individual onboarding plan instead of being thrown in at the deep end.
  • Leadership training and a development program for managers with mentoring
  • An internal development program for your next career step

How to apply

Simply send me your CV – by email to office@woltersdorf-pb.de or even faster via WhatsApp to +49 172 8949709. No cover letter or letter of motivation is necessary. We can discuss everything else on the phone. I'll get back to you shortly.

  • Provided in cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency.
