WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Branch Manager, you’ll take full accountability for the performance, safety, resourcing, and leadership of our Townsville branch.

You will:

  • Drive daily operations and customer performance across fleet, freight, and facility
  • Lead a tight-knit operational team, building culture, capability, and accountability
  • Manage budgets, cost controls, P&L, and service KPIs
  • Act as the primary contact for regional customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Champion safety and compliance ensuring a secure, high-performing workplace
  • Be the go-to local leader with influence across the broader Queensland network
