The Fascia Place is one of the UK’s largest independent suppliers and manufacturers of low maintenance building products, windows and doors. We are searching for a new Branch Manager for this well established Basingstoke Location.
The position would suit someone with previous merchant experience. Knowledge of the building trade and products is essential.
This is a full-time salaried position based in our Baisingtoke branch. All applicants will require a full, clean, UK driver’s license.

The key responsibilities of a Branch Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Managing a small team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Building relationships
• Advising customers of our product range and developing a wide product mix
• Problem solving
• Stock Control
• Cash handling
• Administration
• Loading and unloading of deliveries
• Working with colleagues to increase customer base and sales

The Person

The key skills and qualities of a Branch Manager:

• Ability to think on your feet & respond to complications calmly and efficiently
• Experience managing & coordinating teams
• Confident in using IT office tools, in particular excel and CRM systems
• A team player & a great communicator
• Able to organise your workload and prioritise tasks
• Highly organised, and be thorough with great attention to detail
• A “can do” attitude is a must!
