The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and growth of a $3.5 million lake maintenance branch. This role ensures operational excellence across multiple service lines, drives business development, enforces regulatory compliance, manages budgets, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Duties Leadership & Operations Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all branch personnel. Oversee daily operations across multiple service lines, ensuring all production goals and service objectives are met. Coordinate with the Assistant Branch Manager and service technicians to execute daily plans and schedules. Ensure full compliance with all State, Local, and Federal environmental regulations and workplace safety standards. Customer Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Conduct site visits to assess service quality, contract compliance, and customer satisfaction. Identify customer needs and offer solutions to increase value and service effectiveness. Financial Management Develop, forecast, and manage branch budgets and P&L performance. Monitor operational costs and overhead, implement cost-control measures where needed. Drive a minimum of 20% year-over-year growth in branch revenue and profitability. Fleet, Equipment & Inventory Oversee the maintenance and readiness of all branch equipment and fleet vehicles. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to ensure operational continuity. Compliance & Quality Control Ensure services are performed to contract specifications and industry standards. Implement and enforce quality control protocols and standard operating procedures. Conduct internal audits and site reviews to ensure safety and compliance. Requirements Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in lake maintenance, water management, or environmental services. Proven knowledge of environmental compliance regulations and aquatic systems management. Strong operational and personnel management skills. Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial forecasting. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Performance Expectations / KPIs Achieve and maintain 20% year-over-year revenue growth. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction benchmarks. Ensure 100% regulatory and safety compliance across all operations. Maintain fleet and equipment readiness above 95%. Retain high-performing staff and reduce turnover.
