We’re looking for a hands‑on Branch Manager to lead our Timaru operation and keep both our customers and our team moving in the right direction. This role is for someone who enjoys being involved, knows how a workshop ticks, and gets a kick out of seeing things run smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing Supported by the General Manager - Dealerships, you’ll be the person keeping the Timaru branch running day to day. That means: Making sure the workshop is organised, productive and well supported Leading a team of good people and helping them do their best work Being the main point of contact for customers and key accounts Sorting issues before they become problems Keeping the branch looking sharp and operating safely Some days you’ll be planning, some days you’ll be dealing with customers, and other days you’ll be jumping in to help the team get through a busy workload.
