The role We’re seeking an entrepreneurial Branch Manager to lead our Townsville branch and unlock its significant growth potential. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines commercial acumen with a people-first approach. You will be responsible for driving sales, profitability and service excellence while building a high-performing and inclusive team. About the role Lead the branch: coach and develop your team, set clear priorities and create an engaging, customer-focused culture. Deliver results: manage branch P&L, achieve sales, margin and profit targets and identify growth opportunities. Build relationships: work closely with customers, suppliers and internal sales teams to grow long-term accounts. Manage operations: oversee stock, supply chain, rostering and day-to-day branch processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. Promote safety and standards: champion our safety-first culture and ensure all processes meet company and regulatory requirements. About you A natural people leader with a passion for sales and operational excellence. Entrepreneurial mindset with proven commercial and negotiation skills. Strong operational experience and practical knowledge of supply chain and branch management. A collaborative communicator who builds trust and drives team engagement.
