Reporting directly to our Regional Director - Oceania, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact within a global industry leader. Responsibilities include Lead and manage all operational aspects of the branch, including sales, customer service, warehouse, human resources, and administration. Build and nurture strong business relationships with customers, focusing on long-term partnership and growth. Mentor, coach, and develop the knowledge and skills of team members, fostering a culture of high performance and best-in-class customer service. Implement plans and strategies to ensure consistent monthly and annual achievement of sales budgets and KPI’s Actively champion and uphold TVH’s Workplace Health and Safety policies, ensuring a safe environment for all. About you – Skills, experience, and qualifications This role will suit a Branch Manager or Parts Manager with a strong background in materials handling, construction, agricultural, industrial, or automotive parts component market. You’ll bring: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a parts-based distribution business. Exceptional customer focus and a flair for sales/business development. Genuine passion for delivering a high-quality service and instilling in others to do so. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team. Sound conflict resolution, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Sound computer systems and data analysis skills, including the use of Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
