You’ll have the drive to deliver results and continually look to improve branch performance and effectiveness. You will coach, develop and manage colleagues, enabling them to achieve objectives and personal goals. To succeed you’ll need to be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate others, challenge colleagues to continually improve and strive to fulfil their potential and achieve things they never thought possible.
Above all, we’re looking for someone who is comfortable operating in a digitally-led environment with an aptitude for technology and the confidence to show others how. Your self-motivation, positive and enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude sets you apart from the rest and your ability to be flexible and adaptable knows no limit.

Now the legal bit
Although some of our roles allow you to be based anywhere in the UK, we’ll need you to confirm you have the right to work in the UK.
If you’re successful in securing a role with us, there are some checks you need to complete before starting. These include credit and criminal record checks and three years’ worth of satisfactory references. If the role is part of the Senior Manager Regime and Certification Regime, it requires enhanced pre-employment checks – we’ll ask for six years of regulatory references, and once in the role, you’ll be subject to periodic employment checks
