BRANCH MANAGER - WONDER AUTO CENTRES

This position is at Wonder Auto & Tire Moncton, which is part of Shift Auto Group. Shift Auto Group consists of Fredericton Mitsubishi, Volvo Cars New Brunswick, Grand Falls Hyundai, Miramichi Kia, 5 ReCar locations, 2 St Croix Auto locations, Velocity Autobody & 9 Wonder Auto locations.
Wonder Auto Centres is a premier automotive retail repair shop in Moncton, NB, dedicated to providing high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences. Our busy location is known for its customer-focused and value-driven approach. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Moncton location, ensuring that our high standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability are maintained. This role requires a strong leader with a background in the automotive industry, excellent management skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • High level of integrity and a customer-first attitude.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive service industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
