BRANCH MANAGER - WONDER AUTO & TIRE

This position is at Wonder Auto & Tire Centre Fredericton (Avonlea court) which is part of Shift Auto Group. Shift Auto Group consists of Fredericton Mitsubishi, Volvo Cars New Brunswick, Miramichi Kia, 5 ReCar locations, St Croix Auto, Velocity Autobody & 11 Wonder Auto locations.

As Branch Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the Fredericton (Avonlea court) location. Your primary responsibilities will include driving operational efficiency, leading a high-performing team, maintaining customer satisfaction, and meeting profitability goals. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the automotive industry, a natural ability to lead, and a commitment to exceptional service.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling to enhance service flow and reduce wait times.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a Branch Manager or in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance.
