Description:
Responsibilities:
- Undertake fault finding and diagnostics across a variety of equipment.
- Servicing, repairing and coordinating parts procurement
- Providing our customers with safety and operating instruction
- Assisting in the field service breakdown and servicing requirements.
- Customer service including answering telephone inquiries and creating sales at the computer
Applicants will have a driver’s licence and a good driving record. You will have a proven mechanical background with experience working on small motors. Previous involvement in a customer service environment would also be considered an advantage. You will have a solution focused attitude and just like to get the job done!
