Description

ARNE is a direct to consumer, athleisure apparel brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, with ARNECLO.com ecommerce store as our only sales channel.
We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media and CRM activity to further amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.
Reporting to our Senior Merchandiser, you’ll be supporting the Product team in maximising sales through effective management of stock for our physical retail store and wholesale partners. We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual with an analytical background, experience in branch merchandising and a love for excel! REQUIREMENTS

  • Review weekly sales, stock, and margin, identifying trends and opportunities
  • Provide and present findings within the Monday trade meeting to cover both our physical retail store and wholesale partners.
  • Creating ad hoc analysis and reports, to aid the both the merchandising team & wider business on decisions making.
  • Work closely with the store operations to enable best ways of working and provide solutions where needed
  • Liaise closely with logistics to ensure end to end stock movement is cost and time effective
  • Determine appropriate stock levels by day, week, month and season across all categories to achieve set KPI’s and take any necessary actions
  • Management of stock allocation and replenishment for both our physical retail store and wholesale partners
  • Create reporting, and analysis for end of season lessons learnt planning, support the Senior merchandiser with commentary & insights.
  • Support the continuous development of processes and procedures to drive efficiencies on the department
  • Build strong working relationships across the wider business.

About You

  • Experience in Merchandising, as a Branch Merchandiser or at Junior/Assistant Merchandiser level.
  • Experience of working in retail stores is advantageous
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, always looking to delivery quality work in an efficient manner
  • Strong data interpretation and analytical skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel required (vlookups, pivot tables, etc)
  • Ability to effectively communicate at all levels across the business
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage your own time
