Works collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team on identifying best practices, and strategies, and onboarding clinical/administrative staff. * Coordinate and ensure pre-employment activities are completed and in compliance with company standards. * Conducts new employee orientation and ensures all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate areas * Consult with HR Manager on all employee-related matters including but not limited to corrective actions, terminations, promotions, demotions, etc. prior to action * Assists with scheduling, call-ins, and visit verification

Responsibilities

The Branch Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting the local branch in providing care for clients and assisting caregivers. This includes recruiting, hiring, and onboarding staff, as well as managing scheduling and compliance activities.
