Position Summary The Branch Operations Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational data across the branch network, developing performance reports, managing KPI frameworks, supporting budget and headcount planning, and participating in cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency. This role also plays a key part in designing and calculating monthly incentive programs to drive branch performance. \n Key Responsibilities SOW A. Performance Analysis & Reporting Calculate, track, and evaluate branch-level KPIs, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with operational goals. Store and chain target allocating Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance dashboards and analytical reports. Conduct quarterly deep-dive analysis to identify trends, operational risks, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insightful analyses to support management decision-making and strategic planning. Prepare consolidated reports and presentations for leadership when required. B. Incentive Programs & Monthly Bonus Calculation Design and propose monthly incentive programs for branches based on business objectives and performance drivers. Maintain and continuously improve the incentive and bonus evaluation framework, ensuring fairness, clarity, and alignment with company policies. Calculate monthly bonus results for branches and related positions, perform data validation, and ensure accuracy before final approval. Analyze the effectiveness of incentive programs and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes. C. Operational Planning & Resource Management Support the development of the annual operating budget for the branch network (OPEX and CAPEX). Build and monitor the headcount plan, including workforce allocation and optimization recommendations. Evaluate branch operational performance and propose initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality. D. Project Participation & Process Improvement Participate in or lead operational improvement projects, focusing on process optimization, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes, systems, tools, and operational standards. Track project progress, ensure deliverables are met, and prepare post-implementation evaluations. E. Other Responsibilities Provide operational support to branches and solve emerging issues as requested by management. Ensure compliance with internal operational standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Perform other duties assigned by direct managers to support business operations. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related fields. 2–3 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles. Experience with KPI frameworks or incentive scheme management is a strong advantage. Skills & Competencies Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage. Strong understanding of BA tasks and skills: information analysis, business modeling, requirement analysis, etc. Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail. Solid understanding of budgeting, financial analysis, and workforce planning. Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
