  • Strong operational knowledge of sales, parts, and service functions.
  • Experience managing budgets and financial performance.

Responsibilities

As a Branch Operations & Sales Manager you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans and annual budgets aligned with company objectives
  • Evaluate, allocate, and manage resources to support operational priorities and business growth
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of branch and sales staff
  • Manage full Profit & Loss responsibility for the branch, including rentals, loaners, and warranty-related financials
  • Drive direct sales activities, coach sales representatives, and oversee pricing, quotes, and deal approvals
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and resolution of issues
  • Lead weekly production meetings, co-lead sales meetings, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns and market insights
  • Champion RDO Equipment’s Core Values, vision, and mission across all levels of the branch
  • Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
  • Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
