Responsibilities
  • Reconciliation of the branch’s daily cash sales reports;
  • Make daily bank deposits;
  • Sales order processing;
  • Cycle count and inventory adjustment processing;
  • Supervise the Vendor Return process;
  • Process freight claims and invoices;
  • Answering incoming branch phone calls.
  • Process monthly time sheets to Manager.
  • Orders all office supplies for branch
  • Some Data entry
  • Entering & processing all branch credits.
