We are ALCAL, and we are looking for a Branch Operations Manager I who shares that spirit and ready to lead our San Francisco team. What You’ll Do: Lead daily branch operations including warehouse, delivery, inventory control, and facility management Coach and support your team to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe logistics and fulfillment Oversee performance metrics, cost controls, and operational reporting Partner with Sales leadership to align on goals and deliver excellent customer service Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures Drive continuous improvement through training, process oversight, and team development Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and operational excellence.
