Job Description What You’ll Be Doing As a Branch Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for: Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Lead the delivery of protective services across a defined client portfolio, ensuring all contractual obligations are met with excellence. Financial Accountability: Jointly own the branch P&L with the Protective Services Development Manager, ensuring margin targets are met or exceeded. Service Excellence: Drive high-quality service delivery through proactive planning, continuous improvement, and alignment with client SLAs and KPIs. Workforce Planning: Ensure effective resourcing, scheduling, and training of officers and employees to meet operational demands. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, attending KPI/SLA meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse branch KPIs across people, safety, operations, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of recognition, development, and high engagement, promoting the company’s core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness. Succession Planning: Identify and develop talent within the branch to ensure long-term capability and service continuity. Process Improvement: Champion a continuous improvement mindset, using data and business intelligence to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. Health & Safety Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all policies, procedures, and training are adhered to. Collaboration: Work closely with the Protective Services Development Manager and support departments to ensure seamless service delivery and internal alignment. Strategic Contribution: Support the achievement of broader business goals by contributing to strategic planning and execution at the branch level.
