Description Position Summary: The Branch Operations Officer position is responsible for assisting senior management in the operational area of the Branch. Perform direct supervisory duties and coordinate staffing for coverage in branch operations. In addition, mange the following areas: Responsibilities: Promote and emulate SSB&T Core Values Day-to-day management of facilities Branch Operations support and compliance Security and safety related functions Training for policies and procedures in the operational areas Manage branch supplies and expenses Prepare and submit various reports to senior management Assist customers as needed Human Resources liaison for branch Coordinate business development, community outreach, and Bank events Attend meetings in Fredericksburg as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements College degree or 3+ years banking experience preferred Managerial experience preferred Strong Organization skills Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel Proficient in MS Word and Excel Ability to travel
