Description Branch Operations Specialist DOW Technologies | Full-Time | Hourly (Non-Exempt) Pay Range $19-$21 per hour based on experience At DOW Technologies, our branches operate like small, high-performing teams. What You’ll Do This is a hands-on role that blends warehouse operations with customer support responsibilities. You’ll help keep product moving efficiently while ensuring customers receive knowledgeable, responsive service. On the Operations Side: Receive vendor shipments accurately and in a timely manner, following established procedures for inspection, sorting, labeling, and storage. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, proper bin location practices, variance reconciliation, and FIFO rotation. Process, pull, verify, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy. Load and unload deliveries from company vehicles and common carriers. Manage daily shipping operations to ensure orders are processed and dispatched efficiently. Process freight, ground shipments, and product returns in accordance with company and vendor guidelines. Maintain working relationships with shipping carriers and vendors. Monitor warehouse organization, space utilization, and supply levels. Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, secure, and compliant with safety standards. Support basic facility and equipment maintenance as needed. On the Customer Side: Assist customers at the counter and over the phone Learn our product lines and recommend solutions Process transactions accurately and efficiently Build relationships and help identify additional sales opportunities Requirements What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent Flexibility to work extended hours based on business needs. Forklift Experience Needed Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, customer service, or sales preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to safely and independently lift and move up to 100lbs with assistance Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook required) Why DOW?
