Position Summary: The Sales Associate’s duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their product/service needs, answer product questions and recommend the solutions. Our ideal candidate is able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales Associate, you must stay up to date with product features and promotions. Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer product questions, recommend solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Duties also include maintaining assigned areas, processing point-of-sale purchases, cross-selling products, and suggesting improvements to sales strategies.
