Description

Advance Windows Hereford are recruiting for a Branch Sales Coordinator to join our team at our growing team.
Advance specialist in the supply and installation of windows, doors, conservatories and warm roofs.

The role - Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm

  • Processing orders with suppliers on sold jobs.
  • Liaising with customers to collect deposits and create contract documents and invoices.
  • Managing the branch fitting schedule.
  • Authorising purchase invoices.
  • Creating fitter packs for each job.
  • Managing the fitters holidays & times.
  • General branch administration.
  • Assisting with bringing in deliveries
  • Supporting on our Trade Counter

The candidate -

  • Good communication skills.
  • Must have experience of using different software including Excel.
  • Experience in the window and door industry would be a benefit.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
