We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Branch Sales Executive with proven UAE banking sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in selling banking products, achieving monthly targets, and earning good monthly sales incentives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell banking products, including Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and other retail banking products.
• Generate new business through direct sales, referrals, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking products.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Follow up on applications to ensure timely processing and approval.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports.
• Stay updated on banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

• RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of UAE banking direct sales experience is mandatory.
• Experience selling Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Islamic Finance, or other banking products.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Candidates should have a strong history of earning monthly sales incentives/commissions.
• Good understanding of the UAE banking and financial services market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong customer acquisition and relationship-building skills.
